Job Description

    Telesales executive (Product - insurance , credit card , loans etc )Roles and responsibilities:Sell IDFC financial products(eg- loans, credit cards, insurance . investments) to new and existing customers via inbound/outbound calls.Handle customer inquiries, provide product information and address concerns.Meet or exceed monthly targets.Build relationships with customers to ensure long term business.Update customer records and databases.Identify and upsell/cross sell opportunities.Inbound outbound calls mail chats .Graduation mandatory Location - Thane west , Juinagar .6 days working 18K in hand - for freshers22k in hand - for experienceSalary is negotiable if the candidate has proper experience in the insurance sector.Age limit is maximum 32 years.
