Job Description

    Job Title:Sales Executive -Tele callingJob Responsibilities:
    • Promote and market IDFC financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment solutions through inbound and outbound calls.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products accordingly.
    • Provide accurate information about products, features, and benefits to customers.
    • Consistently achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
    • Maintain and update customer details in the system/database accurately.
    • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers.
    • Coordinate with internal sales and support teams to ensure smooth closure of cases.
    • Ensure all processes are followed in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
    Desired Skills:
    • Basic understanding of banking and financial products (preferred).
    • Good command over English and any one of the following languages: Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Odiya, Malayalam
    • Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
    Eligibility / Requirements:
    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • 0 to 1 year of experience in sales (Tele-sales experience preferred).
    • Good problem-solving skills and customer-handling ability.
    • Energetic, confident, and result-oriented approach.
    Important Note:
    • Interviews will be scheduled only from Monday to Friday.
