Job Description

    Job Title: Tele caller (Telephonic Interviewer)Job Location: Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai (On-site)We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Tele callers (Telephonic Interviewers) to conduct surveys and interviews over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to engage respondents effectively.Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct telephonic interviews and survey calls.
    • Handle outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
    • Follow predefined scripts while conducting interviews.
    • Build and maintain a positive rapport with respondents.
    • Accurately record responses in the database.
    • Meet individual and team performance targets.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Age: 18-35 years
    • Educational Qualification: 12th pass or above
    • Basic proficiency in computer operation
    • Languages Required- Telegu, Tamil, Gujrati, Oriya, Bengali, Punjabi, Kannada, Malayalam, Assamese (proficiency in any of these).
    • Freshers are also eligible.
