We import, trade and export bearings.We offer various products and services such as Spherical roller, Tapper roller, Ball Bearings, Linear Motion Shafts & Linear motion bearings etc. Also, we have V-Belts, Timing Belts and Pneumatics. Our sizable inventory is housed in a generous warehouse which is located in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.Our widespread network of branches across India not only enables us to provide solutions under one roof. We also proudly export our products to 35 countries across the globe.Location: Turbhe [Navi Mumbai]Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and selling products/services to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to generate leads, set appointments, and close sales.
    2. Present products/services to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value proposition.
    3. Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
    4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
    5. Research and qualify potential customers using databases, online resources, and other tools.
    6. Update customer records and sales activities in CRM software.
    7. Handle customer objections, concerns, and complaints professionally.
    8. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment.
    9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
    10. Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    2. 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
    3. Proven track record of sales success and meeting targets.
    4. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    5. Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
    6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
    7. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel.
    8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
