Job Description

    Job Title: Sr. UI Designer (Full Time)Location: MumbaiReporting to: Creative Director
    • Be a great team player and have experience working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers. Must understand the design nuances of websites and mobile apps.
    • Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
    • Present your designs and rationale for the design. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design objectives as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (e. colour theory, visual weight, etc.)
    • Keep yourself and the team updated with the latest changes in your industrys standards.
    • Deliver projects within deadlines for CyberCorp and AGTS clients
    • Standardise UI design by following design guidelines for brands
    Education: BFA (Bachelor in Fine Arts) or equivalent qualification in UI/Interaction designSkills:
    • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
    • Familiar with UX Research & Design
    • Familiar with Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
    • Familiar with prototyping tools such as Invision
    • Familiar with heatmaps to determine the effectiveness and test UI designs
    Experience:
    • Must have worked in an advertising, digital marketing or media agency
    • Experience in B2B marketing campaigns; handling technology clients is an advantage
    • Experience in managing a team
