Job Description

    • Job TitleExecutive Order Fulfilment
    • Department - Production
    • Desired Work Experience 2 Years
    • Location- Taloja (New Mumbai)
    • Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • Oversees the daily workflow of the factory, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
    • Handles discipline and termination of workers in accordance with company policy, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and maintaining a positive work environment.
    • Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to the below):
    • Manage all administrative tasks in the factory to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
    • Ensure the factory follows all legal requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
    • Oversee daily production activities to make sure goals are met on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Handle inventory, procurement, and ensure materials are used efficiently.
    • Lead cost-effective initiatives while maintaining quality and safety in production.
    • Work with senior management to improve factory efficiency, productivity, and control costs, while managing the workers effectively.
    • Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Strong Organizational and Management Skills.
    • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Safety Standards.
    • Leadership and Team Management.
    • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a Related Field
    • Physical Requirements:
    • Traveling within the Factory Premises.
    • On-Site Presence
