Job Description

    Location : GhansoliExperience : 6 months to 1 YearKey Responsibilities:- Create and deliver cyber security awareness training programs - Conduct regular assessments of the banks cyber security readiness and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with IT security teams to develop and implement effective security policies and procedures, SOP and supporting documents- Prepare Awareness and Training calendar. Follow the calendar to ensure compliances.- Interact with internal and external parties to identify the best possible training partner.- Track and maintain database of all the documents and evidence for Awareness and Training conducted. - Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats and trends and provide recommendations to management on how to mitigate risks - Work closely with other departments to ensure that all employees understand the importance of cyber security and are trained on best practices - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the banks cyber security awareness programs- Project management experience, the ability to plan, manage and maintain a complex, organization wide program over the longer term.- Ensure that our security awareness program meets all industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.- Ensure that our security awareness program communicates our security policies and requirements so that people know, understand and can follow them- Timely initiation, management, closure of activities.
