Job Description

    Hi We are hiring for General Manager Sales EMS (electronics manufacturing services) position, details are below.Location - Mumbai ( Vile Parle )Experience - min 10 yearsSalary - up to 25 lacResponsibilities -Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and enhance customer acquisition and retention.Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Implement and optimize sales processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency, streamline operations, and improve sales team performance.Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously enhance sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.He shall possess Innovative focus on the Sales and Marketing activities.Remain accountable for all profit and loss figures.Update and change the Sales activities from time to time in response to budgetary concerns.Maintain customer service standards.Focus on Sales and Marketing activities to the utmost satisfaction of the ultimate customersFunctional ResponsibilityLead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships and driving customer satisfaction.Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making and resource allocation.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and a culture of success within the sales team.Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and identifying training and development needs.To qualify for the role, you must haveEducation Requirements-A bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is typically required.
