Job Description

    Unit HR - Diagnostic CenterPosition : HRBP / HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager
    • 6 plus years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
    • Salary - Upto 9 LPA
    • Relevance to the industry is important. Either from Hospital/Healthcare/corporate HR -Pharma
    • Preferable Male candidate
    • Notice period should be less than 15 Days or on an immediate basis
    Job Summary:-We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Business Partner HRBP to manage end to end human resource operations at our Diagnostic Center. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, training coordination, and serving as a liaison with the Corporate HR team.The ideal candidate will be a proactive people focused and capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently while maintaining empathy and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
    • Post job openings and screen resumes
    • Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates
    • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
    • Support the offer rollout and complete pre-joining formalities
    Training and Development
    • Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads
    • Organize internal and external training programs
    • Maintain training records and feedback reports
    • Track employee development and upskilling initiatives
    Induction and Onboarding
    • Conduct new hire orientation and induction sessions
    • Ensure completion of onboarding documentation and compliance
    • Facilitate the smooth integration of new employees into the organization
    Employee Records and Documentation
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
    • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies
    • Digitize and archive personal files as per company standards
    Employee Queries and Support
    • Address employee concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
    • Act as a point of contact for grievance redressal and escalation
    • Promote a positive work culture through proactive employee engagement
    Leave and Attendance Management
    • Monitor attendance and leave records using HRMS tools
    • Process leave applications and ensure policy adherence
    • Generate monthly reports for payroll and compliance
    Coordination with Corporate HR Team
    • Align local HR practices with corporate policies and initiatives
    • Share periodic reports and updates with the Corporate HR team
    • Support the implementation of company-wide HR programs and audits
    Qualifications and Requirements
    • Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
    • 6 plus years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
