    Job Title: Sales Officer - Mortgage LoanJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our Mortgage Loan team. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and promoting our mortgage loan products in the open market. This is a field sales role that requires frequent travel to meet clients and prospects.Key Responsibilities:1. Generate New Business Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and cold calling.2. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and other industry partners to drive business growth.3. Promote Mortgage Loan Products: Educate customers and prospects about our mortgage loan products, features, and benefits.4. Conduct Needs Analysis: Assess customers financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.5. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, and contribute to the teams overall sales performance.6. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of market developments, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.7. Maintain Accurate Records: Update customer records, sales reports, and other relevant documents to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of sales performance.Requirements:1. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.2. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Field sales any industrySkills: 1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.4. Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage loan products, financial regulations, and industry trends.
