The successful candidate will be responsible formanaging and instructing site workers, setting team goals, and resolving problems. They will also be responsible for planningand scheduling projects, estimating the time and materials needed, and maintaining records and documentation. In addition,they will supervise electricians and other site workers, providing guidance and instruction as needed.Material Management:- Plan and order materials on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.- Ensure proper handling, usage, and storage of materials.- Maintain accurate inventory and storage records.- Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to the site.- Maintain documentation of material usage and reconcile with records.- Supervise electricians and other site workers, providing guidance and instruction.- Ensure proper utilization of manpower.- Monitor the work environment for hazards and ensure safety compliance.- Communicate effectively with laborers and subcontractors.- Review and execute site work as per engineering drawings and standards.- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.- Prepare as-built drawings and handover documentation.- Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards.- Plan and schedule projects.- Establish and ensure target completion dates are met.- Maintain records and documentation related to project progress.- Communicate plan changes to relevant stakeholders after client approval.- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor/Site Engineer in an electrical contracting company.- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and engineering drawings.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities.- Proficient in project management and scheduling.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Share CV to hidden_emailor call on hidden_mobile
