Job Description

    Summary :Must have a proven track record of independently & successfully prospecting and completing thesalescycle forsalesof specialized molecules for an API / Bulk Drug unit.Must be technically competent with a good understanding of cGMP proceduresShould be able to engage effectively with existing & prospective customersExcellent key accounts management skills.Job Profile-Provide technical support to existing customers (Local and international) in terms of product specifications, samples, and technical documents from the plant.Coordinate with relevant departments like factory (production, dispatches, andquality), R&D (for new molecules, applications, and technical specifications), accounts (for billing and collections), etc.Prospecting for new customers through the internet, references, existing database, andnew database within the companyandvisit.Managing customer satisfaction and repeat business.Achieving targeted sales at defined margins would be critical for this role.The role calls for a go-getter with leadership skills.Identify opportunities in the Local And International markets.Follow up with International And Local clients for orders, follow-up, shipments, documentation, submission, services,and payment.Preferably BSc. / Pharma / M.Sc. / BMS with PG / MBA in Marketing candidates.
