Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Create and Update Job Descriptions: Write clear job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
    • Source Candidates: Find potential candidates on job boards, social media, and other platforms.
    • Craft Recruitment Emails: Send engaging emails to attract passive candidates.
    • Screen Resumes and Applications: Review incoming resumes and application forms to shortlist the best candidates.
    • Interview Candidates: Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person to assess candidates skills and suitability.
    • Administer Assessments: Distribute and manage tests, including numerical, language, and reasoning assessments.
    • Advertise Open Positions: Post job openings on the companys website, social media, and job boards.
    • Shortlist Candidates: Provide hiring managers with a list of qualified candidates.
    • Manage the Offer Process: Send job offers and answer questions about compensation and benefits.
    • Track HR Metrics: Monitor key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and time-to-hire.
    • Attend Recruitment Events: Participate in job fairs and company recruitment events.
    • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work with managers to identify future hiring needs.
    • Client Management (SPOC): Act as the main point of contact for clients during the hiring process.
