Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 8-10 years of experience in managingthe development of banking applications and Payment Service Provider (PSP) applications. Theideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Unified Payments Interface (UPI), NPCIcertification processes. Should have strong technical background, expertise in DevOps, Agilemethodologies, and project management tools like Boards (Azure DevOps), sprint planning, scrummeetings and the ability to lead cross-functional teams ensuring smooth project execution in a fast-paced fintech environment.Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end project management for UPI-based payment solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product owners toensure seamless execution. Ensure compliance with NPCI certification processes, managing documentation andapprovals efficiently. Drive sprint planning, scrum meetings, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Manage DevOps boards, ensuring continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring ofapplications. Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables using Agile tools (Azure DevOps). Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment ofproject goals. Optimize team performance through process improvements and best Agile practices. Maintain thorough documentation for audit and compliance purposes.Required Skills && Experience: 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the fintech/payment domain. Strong knowledge of UPI architecture, transaction flows, and settlement mechanisms. Prior experience with NPCI certification processes, compliance, and regulatoryrequirements. Proficiency in DevOps tools Azure DevOps. Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.Hands-on experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and tracking progress viaAzure DevOps. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation. Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize software delivery and system reliability.Preferred Qualifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certification is a plus. Experience in handling multiple fintech projects simultaneously. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience working with third-party payment processors and banks.
