Job Description

    Designation :VKYCVerifier officerReports to :Process ManagerQualification :Graduate & Undergraduate with min 6 months of experienceSalary : Hike on currentsalary as per market standard.Candidate should be able to speak either one of the below languages

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • A Verifier officer for a VKYC (Video Know Your Customer) process will be responsible for verifying the identity of customers using a video call application.
    • This involvesguiding customers through the verification process.
    • Guiding customers through the verification process
    • Need to confirm & assure about customers identity documents.
    • Ensuring that the information provided by the customers should matchwith their identity & documents.
    • Ability to handle potentially sensitive customer interactions while adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.
