    Job Position: Hr Recruiter (Sourcing role (Off roll))Location: Navi MumbaiWalkin Date- 9th, 10th,11thAprilWalkin time- 10:00 Am to 5:00 PmWalk In Location:ICICI Securities Limited8thFloor, Building No.3 at Mindspace Juinagar,Plot Nos.     1. Managing recruitment for various business segments.
    2. Understanding the requirement from Business Hr or internal business stakeholders.
    3. Using of different source mix for hiring.
    4. Building up on our sourcing pipelines for the businesses managed by the person.hr
    5. Should have complete understanding of Recruitment Matrix and fitments.
    6. Scheduling candidates for interviews.
    7. Vendor Management
    8. Maintaining detailed Mis of recruitment and releasing weekly dashboards on the gap
    Desired Profile:1.MBA-Hr / Graduate with 6 months Hr exp can also apply.2.Excellent Communication Skill3.Positive attitude & Inclined towards Learning new things.
