Job Description

    Job Title: Zonal Manager / Cluster Sales ManagerReports to: DirectorJob Summary:The Zonal Manager/Cluster Sales Manager will be accountable for driving sales growth, managing operations, and ensuring business expansion within the designated zone or cluster. This role includes formulating and executing sales strategies, overseeing a sales team, cultivating strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will bring extensive sales management experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of market trends.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass business goals.Drive the attainment of revenue and admission targets across the designated zone/cluster.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to uncover new business opportunities.Ensure the sales team aligns with ISBMs sales objectives and standards.Team Management:Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Sales Managers and Executives to optimize performance.Provide regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster continual improvement.Cultivate a collaborative and positive work culture.Business Development:Identify and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations to expand ISBMs reach.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and educational institutions.Operations & Reporting:Ensure efficient sales operations, including overseeing the admission process and customer service within the zone/cluster.Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to the Owner.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless alignment between sales and promotional efforts.Revenue & Profitability:Drive revenue and profitability growth for the assigned zone/cluster.Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize resource use and maximize profitability.Requirements:Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).Experience: Minimum of 15 years in sales management, preferably within the education sector.Skills:Strong leadership and people management capabilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to analyze market trends and execute effective strategies.Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.Personal Attributes:Target-driven and results-oriented.Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong decision-making and business acumen.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achievement of sales and admission targets.Growth in revenue and market share within the designated zone/cluster.Team performance and productivity.Client satisfaction and retention rates.Contact Us:Phone: hidden_mobile Email: hidden_emailExperience Range: 15 to 25 Years
