Good understanding of import/export procedures and taxation.
Proficient in preparing costings and quotations for engine spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team by providing support in trading engine spare parts, including handling client inquiries and processing orders.
Prepare accurate costings and quotations for engine spare parts based on market conditions and client specifications.
Generate and manage invoices for transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Manage and support import/export activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
Apply knowledge of taxation to ensure all financial transactions are processed correctly.
Leverage experience in marine, ship repair, or similar industries to provide informed support and solutions.
