Job Description

Senior Project Co-ordinator (Delhi, Noida & Navi Mumbai)Qualification: Bachelors degree or aboveLocation: For Delhi/Noida & Navi Mumbai locationSalary Offered: Best in the industryDesired ProfileThe candidate must possess the following qualities:

  • Project Coordination: Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects.
  • CAT Tools Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools to enhance translation accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Expertise: Strong organizational capabilities for managing tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment.
  • Issue Resolution: Proficient in addressing and resolving questions and issues promptly for translators and internal teams.
  • Financial Management: Experienced in overseeing project finances, including budgeting and cost control.
The candidate will be responsible for:
  • Team Leadership: Overseeing a team of approximately 4-6 members, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Project Coordination: Facilitating seamless communication and collaboration with Translators and Project Managers for the successful execution of translation projects.
  • CAT Tools Proficiency: Utilizing Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools to enhance translation accuracy and efficiency.
  • Localization Project Management: Managing multiple localization projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Project Assistance: Supporting Project Managers in the daily operations and administration of projects.
  • Project Monitoring: Tracking and controlling project statuses to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Financial Management: Overseeing project finances, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with translators and proofreaders worldwide.
  • Procedure Compliance: Adhering to relevant and applicable procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Collaborative Solutions: Working with teams to develop, implement, and maintain client- or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists, and instructions.
  • Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving questions and issues promptly and effectively for translators and internal teams.
  • Workflow Management: Ensuring the timely flow of all localization project actions from initiation to delivery, meeting quality, turnaround time, and budget expectations.
  • Daily Updates: Providing daily project updates to the Project Manager to maintain transparency and accountability.
