Job Description

    Designation-AccountantGender- MaleSalary- 20k-25k per MonthExperience- 2 - 4 yearsIndustry: Restaurant.JOB DESCRIPTION:-The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing regular financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. This role is crucial in supporting the financial health and stability of our restaurant.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
    • Prepare and manage the balance sheet, ensuring all entries are accurate and comply with accounting standards.
    • Oversee inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and ensure accurate stock records
    • Manage the billing process, including the preparation and issuance of invoices and receipts.
    • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records and identify discrepancies.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements and cash flow statements.
    • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information as required.
    • Monitor and control restaurant expenses, ensuring they are within budget.
