Job Description

Generate life insurance sales through direct customer interaction.
Meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
Explain life insurance products like term plans, savings plans, ULIPs, retirement plans, and child plans to customers.
Identify customer financial needs and suggest suitable policies.
Handle leads provided by the company and convert them into business.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations.
Build long-term relationships with customers for renewals and cross-selling.
Follow up with existing customers for premium payments and policy servicing.
Maintain daily sales reports and activity trackers.
Coordinate with branch managers and sales teams for target achievement.
Ensure proper documentation and KYC completion.
Attend training sessions and product knowledge programs regularly.
Work on customer acquisition through references and local networking.
Maintain good persistency and customer retention ratio.
Follow IRDAI compliance and company policies during sales.
