Job Description

    Commercial ManagerANA International Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India (On-site)Manager - CommercialLocation: KrishnapatnamPosition Summary:As a Manager - Commercial, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial and business operations of the organization. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager and other cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of commercial activities, contract management, and procurement processes. Your role is vital in contributing to the companys overall success by optimizing business strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Contract Management:Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, contracts, and proposals with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.Ensure contracts are compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.Maintain a centralized contract repository, track contract. expiration dates, and coordinate renewals and amendments as needed.Procurement and Vendor Management:Collaborate with the procurement team to support sourcing and vendor selection processes.Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and favourable terms for the organization.Evaluate vendor performance and participate in vendor assessment and selection.Pricing and Revenue Management:Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demands to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.Monitor pricing agreements and discounts, ensuring they align with the companys profit objectives.Commercial Analysis and Reporting:Generate and analyse commercial data and reports, providing insights and recommendations to management for business decision-making.Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies within commercial operations.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in commercial transactions.Assist in identifying and mitigating potential commercial risks and taking necessary actions to protect the companys interests.Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with various departments, including sales, finance, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of commercial processes.Requirements:Bachelors degree in business administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. A masters degree would be an advantage.Proven experience (typically 10 years) in a commercial, procurement, or related role, preferably from edible oil.Knowledge of contract management principles and practices.Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management.Strong analytical and financial acumen to analyse commercial data and pricing strategies.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
