Job Description

    As an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Learning Lead, your role will involve guiding the Pre-Primary/Kindergarten team to ensure high-quality early childhood education. You will be responsible for academic leadership, teacher mentoring, classroom quality monitoring, and fostering strong parent communication.Responsibilities:- Lead and support the Early Years teaching team.- Oversee lesson planning, teaching methods, and learning outcomes.- Ensure developmentally appropriate and activity-based practices.- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback.- Coordinate events, celebrations, and experiential learning activities.- Monitor student progress and support teachers with remedial strategies.- Maintain a safe, joyful, and child-friendly learning environment.- Ensure completion of assessments, documentation, and reports.- Organize parent orientations, PTMs, and communication updates.Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education / B.Ed (required).- Minimum 3 years of Early Years leadership experience.- Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.If you are interested in this opportunity, please reach out to hidden_email is a full-time position and the work location is in person.,
