Job Description

As a Senior Engineer at Premier Energies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your responsibilities will include:- Ensuring high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.- Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.- Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.- Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.- Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.- Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.- Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.Qualifications required for this role include:- Full Time B.
