Job Description

    CLIENT: Well-known business entity having state-of-the-art manufacturing units in business for Animal Food, Nutrition, Probiotics, Feed Supplements,Minerals, Adsorbents, sanitizers etc.Key Result Areas Lead Manufacturing HR and Admin function of 600 headcount work force state-of-the-art plant. Direct HR functions by designing & implementing holistic Plant HR strategy with focus on culture & values, engagement & connect, productivity and cost. Role includes administration, ethics & compliance, communication. Plan, develop and implement wage and salary programs to align with business strategy and external competitive concerns in the region for workers and contractual labour management. Management of industrial relations including including negotiation with worker unions, contractors. Manage local villagers / Govt. bodies / Political influences etc. Manage employee grievance process and consultation with plants on union issues. Execute proactive Compliance & Employee. Relation road map and derive synergies to maintain harmonious relations with a highly engaged team. Ensure Plant Safety parameters are intact to ensure zero accidents. Liasoning and Govt. Relations.Incumbent profile: Post graduate in Human Resource Management with 15 years rich plant exposure and union management. Proven experience in managing employee relations to create amicable & transparent work environment for achieving highest levels of productivity. Good communication skills and familiarity to local language.
