Job Description

    As a PYP Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of the Primary Years Programme (PYP) at our new school. Initially, you will work remotely to plan and develop the curriculum, transitioning to an on-campus leadership position in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, from April 2027 onwards.Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing the IB PYP framework for Grades 1-5, collaborating with academic leadership to create inquiry-driven learning experiences, supporting curriculum mapping and IB authorization processes, and conducting professional development sessions for PYP teaching staff. You will ensure that teaching practices align with IB standards, act as the main point of contact for the IB organization, and contribute to the recruitment and onboarding of educators.The ideal candidate for this role is a certified IB PYP educator with previous experience as a PYP Coordinator or in PYP leadership. You should have a deep understanding of inquiry-based pedagogy, concept-driven curriculum, and international-mindedness, along with strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
