As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and ensuring the successful acquisition of top talent.Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates Job Posting and Sourcing: Oversee the creation and posting of job ads on various platforms. Utilize sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates Resume Screening and Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications and fit for specific positions Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Selection Process. Assess candidates skills, conduct reference checks, and make recommendations to hiring managers Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding activities to enhance the companys image and attract top talent Relationship Building: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR team to understand hiring needs and build strong partnershipsAbout The Golden Rise:The Golden Rise is a forward-thinking organization that values fresh talent and nurtures its employees growth.
