Job Description

  1. Manage the Customer Relationship and to ensure that The service delivery to customers and prospects is of excellent quality and achieves overall Contract objectives.
  2. Work closely with the CIO of Customer Organisation to develop strategy and planning for Information Technology.
  3. Responsible for Business Operations and Profitability.
  4. Ability to understand and interpret contract requirements.
  5. PMP / ITIL certification preferred.
  6. Excellent communication skills is mandatory for the position.
