  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in HRBP and L&D roles
  • Proven track record of implementing successful L&D initiatives
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
