Job Description

Support ManagerLocation: Noida, IndiaPosted on: April 25, 2025Share on Linkedin | Share on Twitter | Share on FacebookROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:IT Governance, Risk & Controls

  • Develop, review, and refine IT governance frameworks and policies aligned with ISO, and regulatory best practices.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage information security, operational, and data privacy risks across the organization.
  • Oversee assurance activities including internal audits, third-party reviews, and control testing.
  • Define and monitor organizational risk tolerance levels and ensure integration into strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct gap analysis and drive remediation planning in accordance with ISMS standards.
  • Own and coordinate the internal/external audit lifecycle, including evidence management and closure of non-conformities.
Compliance Program Leadership
  • Lead implementation and maintenance of compliance with:
    • ISO 27001 / ISO 22301
    • SOC 2 Type II
    • PCI DSS
    • GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, DPDPA, HIPAA
  • Monitor compliance posture across business units and ensure continuous audit readiness.
  • Lead the ISMS, BCMS, and privacy program implementation and improvement initiatives.
Risk Management & Governance
  • Maintain and update the enterprise risk register with mapped controls and ownership.
  • Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments spanning people, process, and technology.
  • Oversee Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) governance aligned with ISO 22301.
  • Evaluate security risks using frameworks like ISO 27005 or NIST SP 800-30 and define treatment plans.
Metrics, Reporting & Communication
  • Develop executive dashboards for KRIs, compliance health, audit tracking, and remediation timelines.
  • Present periodic risk and compliance updates to senior management and board committees.
  • Track effectiveness of security and compliance controls through key performance indicators.
Awareness, Culture & Enablement
  • Lead organization-wide training and awareness programs, customized by function and risk exposure.
  • Champion a culture of accountability and compliance through leadership engagement.
GRC Collaboration & Client Engagement
  • Serve as the primary contact for regulators, auditors, clients, and internal assurance teams.
  • Respond to RFPs, client due diligence, and security questionnaires with evidence-backed documentation.
  • Manage client-specific findings, track resolution timelines, and ensure transparent communication.
Qualifications & Skills:Education & Certifications
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Security, IT, Finance, or a related field.
  • Preferred certifications: CISA, CRISC, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, DPO certification.
Experience
  • 1015 years of leadership experience in risk, compliance, audit, and/or information security.
  • 5 years in a senior GRC role managing cross-functional governance programs.
  • Minimum 1 year handling third-party risk assessments and client security assurance programs.
Technical & Functional Expertise
  • Expertise in ISO, NIST, and data protection laws (GDPR, HIPAA, DPDPA).
  • Experience with GRC tools such as Archer, OneTrust, ServiceNow GRC.
  • Sound understanding of IT operations, infrastructure security, and cloud compliance (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Soft Skills
  • Proven leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple audits, client escalations, and strategic reviews simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to influence at all levels.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • PERCENT of internal and external audits passed with zero major findings
  • Average time to close identified risks and non-conformities
  • Improvement in risk maturity and compliance scores across units
  • Employee awareness scores and training completion rates
  • Client feedback scores on compliance transparency and readiness
