Your role will involve managing work agreements, execution of sales contracts, managing timelines, and budgets. You will work alongside sales team, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives align with business goals, deliver outstanding outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in operational processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and reports. Ensure all processes comply with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure financial health. Verify invoices to ensure timely payments and align financial processes with project requirements.
• Manage the execution of contracts, service agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and payment terms. Negotiate with clients and stakeholders to finalize terms and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met. Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and trust.
• Lead a small team to ensure efficient operations and a productive work environment. Provided guidance, support, and leadership to achieve team goals and maintain high performance standard.
• Execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
• Address challenges and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track. Make informed decisions to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes, and enhance project efficiency.
• Implement best practices to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Track project performance, prepare regular reports, and provide updates to stakeholders. Analyze data to identify trends, measure success, and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a relevant field

• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tasks.
