Learn more at FactorLab!Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining our infrastructure and applications, ensuring smooth deployments and performance optimization. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to automate and streamline processes while supporting the development and production environments.What youll do:

  • Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate code deployment processes (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, server environments, and application efficiency.
  • Configure and manage cloud or on-premises infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Implement and manage containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms.
  • Set up and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) for proactive issue detection.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps technologies and best practices to enhance system efficiency and processes.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 2.65 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Expertise in infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
  • Solid experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (e.g., routing, subnetting, firewalls).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
