Growing together.Position: Senior Product AnalystOptum, a US healthcare product company, is seeking a senior product analyst to join our team. As a senior product analyst, you will work closely with the product management team to design and build products addressing some of the bigger industry challenges in US healthcare. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about healthcare and has experience in product management.Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with the product management team to participate in activities within each stage of the product lifecycle (Ideate, Define, Build, Launch, Manage, Sunset).
• Conduct market research to gather competitive intelligence and market sizing to build differentiated offerings.
• Assist in analyzing, managing, and tracking program performance metrics and preparing/presenting results to stakeholders.
• Gather feedback from sales, client feedback surveys, and other client-facing teams to generate data-driven ideas for product enhancements.
• Work in tandem with the product team, client services, engineering, and other stakeholders of the business to ensure smooth product delivery and ongoing optimization.
• Utilize process improvement methodologies to minimize and eliminate inefficient practices.
• Understand business needs in the form of initiatives, capabilities, features, and assist in tracking completion/delivery to meet client & business expectations.
• Take work direction from others or typically follow prescribed procedures when producing work.
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or IT engineering or related discipline, preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutions.
• Degree in business administration, preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutions.
• 3 years of experience in healthcare B2B or B2C company, preferably in product management.
• Experience in US healthcare with B2B or B2C companies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data from multiple data sources and recommend actionable insights.
• Proven excellent presentation skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to leverage critical thinking skills and prioritize ones work.
• Ability to create Power BI reports / Update training documentation / Support tech specification.
• Engineering or equivalent degree / Healthcare understanding.
