This includes working with Six Sigma-certified professionals in the plan, design and accomplishment of key projects. Incumbents matched to this function require accredited Six Sigma training.Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organization
• Lead and oversee work performed by a team of Six Sigma practitioners & project managers in aligned span
• Track and ensure that process improvement goals in aligned span are met and relevant initiatives are launched to support attainment of critical business objectives
• Lead functional or segment teams or projects
• Frontline and collaborate well with leaders and with Stateside business partners
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).

Required Qualifications:Educational and Licensure

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline

Work Experience

• Leadership people management experience of 3 years
• Extensive work experience in Six Sigma and CI projects (8 years), min 10 years total work experience
• Experience in projects involving emerging technologies (automation, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, etc)
• Experience solving major project or customer issues
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience in change management
• Extensive experience in working with stakeholders across leadership levels

Preferred Qualifications:Educational and Licensure

• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification from a recognized certification body or previous organization
• Project Management certification / Masters of Business Administration

Training

• Lean Six Sigma
• Project Management
• Design Thinking
• Exposure to a US Healthcare account in previous role or organization
