  • Focused on ensuring that number of errors are decreased and ensure messages are processing correctly.
  • Code optimizations for better Rhapsody engine performance.
  • Change Healthcare incident which had a major impact on business, I ensured that the tasks assigned to me were completed on time with zero errors and supported the client as and when needed while migrating from Flowcast to AEPM.
  • File based backup: As the number of interfaces migrating to MW Rhapsody increased, the count of messages flowing to Rhapsody increased which led to data memory constraints. As archival is configured for 90 days, the business had a requirement to store messages for 90 days, so I came up with an idea to backup messages in a directory which would help the business in accessing those messages as and when required and reduced archival from 90 to 60 days, which avoided memory constraints.
  • Proposed Rhapsody dashboard, an application which helps in monitoring all engines at one place.
  • Rhapsody Engine upgrade: When management was planning to upgrade Rhapsody, I initiated that we could do the upgrade ourselves which would reduce the cost to the company from involving the Lyniate team to upgrade.
  • Custom Filters: HCP was using custom filters which were developed using the Rhapsody Development Kit; as they would be complicated to maintain, I proposed an idea of replacing them with a new JavaScript.2 filter to achieve the same functionality. This has been achieved with no issues reported so far.
  • Assisted NAMM interfaces while migrating from Altera to HCP and assisted the team during testing.

Required Qualifications:
  • B.Tech or MCA
  • 3 years experience
  • Exposure to healthcare interfaces
