  • Partnership with engineering department leads to manage ongoing capacity and demand allocation.
  • Support development of financial analysis to improve operations and delivery performance.
  • Implement workforce strategies.
  • Drive financial and workforce forecasts.
  • Manage department resource alignment in coordination with OT finance team.
  • Increase financial acumen of engineering and department leadership.
  • Support workforce processes and governance requests in partnership with Workforce Lead.
Primary ResponsibilityComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).   • Graduate
  • Knowledgeable of workforce processes within Optum Technology or like.
  • Knowledgeable of Capital and Operations & Maintenance budget/demand and capacity.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel features, formulas, functions, report development, streamlining analysis.
  • Proficiency in demand and supply analysis and modeling.
  • Proven solid communication skills and ability to influence department leadership.
  • Proven solid customer service mindset with a focus on improvement of relationships and collective performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute forecasting processes and build realistic/achievable forecasts.
