Job Description

Tender Management:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of tender submissions, including GEM portal registrations.
  • Analyze tender requirements, prepare comprehensive and competitive bids and ensure compliance with submission guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify necessary documentation and data.
  • Monitor and track tender statuses and deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Stay updated with the latest regulations and updates related to GEM and tendering processes.
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies and plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
