Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Lead Sales Ops Analyst at Adobe in Noida, you will play a crucial role in leading reporting & insights, acting as a BI consultant to business leadership, being an independent thinker, and partnering in GTM planning. Additionally, you will be responsible for leveraging technology expertise to drive process improvements and automation initiatives across different reports and analytics through the Sales Ops team.Key Responsibilities:- Take charge of overall/group team reporting & analytics, ensuring strict timeline adherence and accuracy by coordinating with stakeholders.- Collaborate with Sales Ops team members to ensure team reporting & analytics are accurate and timely.- Manage multiple reports and ad-hoc analytics asks, coordinating with Sales Ops team and Sales & Marketing Leadership.- Consult with senior management on key initiatives, leveraging a deep understanding of business concepts to influence and drive cross-team projects.- Lead GTM plan changes during the year, actively track, provide timely actionable insights, and suggest changes to the GTM plan.- Utilize technology and build sales processes to remove bottlenecks and boost efficiency.- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across different reports and analytics through the Sales Ops team.- Proactively seek out development opportunities and provide mentoring/new hire training for New hires, Sales Ops & BI Analysts.Qualifications Required:- Relevant Bachelors degree and/or an advanced degree (MBA / PGDM) in a related field or equivalent.- 9-14 years of relevant experience.- Proficiency in Advanced Power BI, SQL, MS Power Platform, and MS Advanced Excel.- Key skills include problem-solving, critical thinking, self-motivation, written & verbal communication, business understanding, stakeholder management, and PowerPoint presentation skills.Additional Company Details:Creativity, curiosity, and constant learning are celebrated aspects of your career growth journey at Adobe.
