Job Posting: Area Manager Direct Sales Location: Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati Salary: Up to 4 LPA Reimbursements Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales Key Responsibilities:Service Through Relationship Management:
• Establish and strengthen relationships with the allocated customer base.
• Ensure retention of customers in the assigned Book of Relations (existing customer database).
• Act as a single point of contact for all customer queries and complaints.
• Identify customers financial goals and provide financial planning assistance.
• Conduct competition analysis to offer professional financial advice.
• Schedule daily self-appointments from the provided customer database as per campaign requirements.
Sales Focus:
• Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the assigned customer base.
• Ensure successful completion of licensing as per MLI standards.
Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales.
