Job Description

    Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategies to expand the companys market share. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent relationship-building skills to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
    • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives. Set performance goals and monitor progress.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Adjust strategies based on market conditions.
    • Sales Operations: Oversee sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals. Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
    • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
