In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various online channels. This position offers the flexibility of working from home with full support from our company.Responsibilities:1. Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and clarity.2. Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.3. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.4. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all customer interactions meet our high standards of service excellence.6. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.7.
