This role requires strong leadership, client management, and technical expertise to ensure seamless project execution. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, lead cross-functional teams, and maintain high-quality standards while collaborating with US teams.Key Responsibilities:Project Delivery & Execution:
• Lead and manage the delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with US-based stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for US clients, managing expectations and addressing concerns.
• Provide regular project updates, discuss scope changes, and align expectations.
• Conduct status meetings, presentations, and discussions to communicate project progress.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and analysts.
• Work closely with US-based teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on requirements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
Project Planning, Monitoring & Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Monitor progress and address potential delays or cost overruns proactively.
• Provide periodic reports to senior management on project status and risks.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Resolve technical, operational, and client-related issues efficiently.
Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight:
• Ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and Triveni ITs quality standards.
• Review code, technical designs, and architecture for compliance with industry best practices.
• Oversee testing, validation, and deployment processes for solution stability.
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices for improved efficiency.
• Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback and enhance future project delivery.
Budget & Resource Management:
• Manage project budgets to optimize resource utilization and prevent cost overruns.
• Ensure adequate staffing while balancing competing project priorities.
Qualifications:Education:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
• 10-12 years of experience managing technical project delivery, including 5 years in a leadership role.
Skills:
• Proven experience managing IT projects with US-based clients.
• Strong technical background in software development, systems integration, and IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for US-based client interactions.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working directly with US clients in a project delivery capacity.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, and relevant frameworks.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level systems, architecture, and security standards.
