Job Description

    Job Title: Travel Air Ticketing associate.Location: BangaloreJob Type: Full time.About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Travel BPO Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and support to travelers, addressing inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, itineraries, and more, while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats from customers regarding travel-related queries.
    • Assist customers with booking, cancellation, and modification of travel plans, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
    • Provide guidance on travel packages, destinations, and recommendations based on customer needs.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and promptly.
    • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers at all times.
    • Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and accurate travel arrangements.
    • Stay up-to-date with new travel industry trends, processes, and technologies.
    • Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and procedures in every customer interaction.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
    • Previous experience in a BPO environment, preferably in the travel industry, is an advantage.
    • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
    • Knowledge of booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is highly preferred.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
    • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays).
