Candidate Should Be Having Minimum 7 - 10 Yrs Experience Exp in Mechanical Maintenance of Sms Including Furnace, Aod, Lrf, Pollution Control, Ccm Etc.job Role - 1. Should have Experience in Attending Shearing Machine, Press Brake Machine2. Experience in Attending Hydraulic and Pneumatic Equipments3. Experience in Attending Eot Crane Breakdowns4. Gear Box Bearing, Gear Removal and Assembling5. Forklift, Cranes, Compressor and Dg Oil Servicing6. Industrial Skills like 5s, Tpm, Kaizan. Erp Will Be Advantage. 7. Daily, Monthly, Yearly Maintenance Report Preparing of Diagram.8. Good Knowledge On Preventive Maintenance and Equipment Condition Monitoring9. Preventive and Shutdown Maintenance of Equipments10. Iso and Eohs Documentation11. Manpower Handling12. Review the Preventive , Predictive Maintenance , Equipment Efficiency , Benchmarking & Condition Monitoring of Equipments.13. Outage Planning Spares Planning , Maintenance of the Rotating Machines & Pressure Parts.14. Lead the Team in Maintaining Mechanical Equipments for Routine , Preventive & Predictive.15. Impart and Ensure Thorough Knowledge of Safety Practices , Safety Tagging System , First Aid and Fire Fighting Systems among Maintenance Persons
