For merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices, payment gateway services, and commerce solutions, along with credit services sourced through financial partners.About TeamThe Oil and Gas vertical Focused Offline payment solution team focuses on payment solutions for oil/petrol and gas bills through QR codes and POS machines. They work with petrol and gas station merchants and other retail businesses, managing end-to-end sales and operations, onboarding new merchants, and maintaining relationships with PSU Companies/Oil Marketing Companies.About the Role
  1. Develop plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
  2. Create a culture of success and ongoing business growth.
  3. Manage sales teams and resources for growth.
  4. Define optimal sales force structure.
  5. Coordinate sales training programs.
  6. Manage customer expectations for high satisfaction.
  7. Define sales processes for desired outcomes.
  8. Require 3 years of experience in Distribution sales in fintech, banking/sales, and EDC Sales.
  9. Educate and manage merchants about the benefits of EDC machines.
  10. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  11. Ability to execute sales strategies aggressively.
  12. Work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Education
  • Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred.
