Job Description

    LumeXR is looking for an enthusiastic AR/VR Intern who is ready to contribute fresh ideas and experiment with new approaches.Our mission is to push the boundaries of VR experience across domains including retail and healthcare, creating immersive and interactive experiences that redefine how users engage with digital content.Responsibilities: Collaborate with our team to design, develop, and refine immersive AR/VR experiences. Take ownership of project elements, from concept through to implementation. Prototype and develop interactions in AR/VR, making use of modalities such as hand-tracking. Take part in the research and development process to explore and implement new technologies and techniques in VR experiences. Work closely with a variety of teams, including designers, artists, and testers. Document the process, including design choices, implementation details, and user guides, to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements. Contribute to the improvement and innovation of our development team.Requirements: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field. Prior experience in 3D development or game development with Unity or Unreal Engine is a major plus. An eye for design, UX, or artistic abilities is highly valued. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Eager to try new things, self-motivated, and passionate about immersive tech and its potential. A portfolio of previous projects or experience.Nice to have: Creative coding or live coding with Touch Designer/Processing. Hands-on experience in VR hardware, software, and development platforms A solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles, with the ability to design intuitive and user-friendly VR interfaces. A portfolio of VR and 3D development projects.,
