Job Description

    Job Description
    • We are seeking a Performance Engineer with comprehensive experience in the end-to-end performance engineering lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with teams to highlight the importance of performance testing, evaluate system architecture, and plan performance tests.
    • Environment Setup: Design performance test environments mimicking real-world scenarios, define in-scope functionalities, and document non-functional requirements.
    • Testing & Reporting: Design, execute, and report performance tests while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
    Required Skills
    • Design and develop test scenarios thru proper performance modeling and non-functional tests.
    • Experience in performance testing tools (Loadrunner, Jmeter, Postman, Katalon and other open-source performance tools)
    • Scripting and execution expertise with scripting protocols including AS/400 (iSeries), Web, Services, Siebel and other retail packages, Mobile)
    • Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design,
    • Monitoring Solutions and Quality Management.
    • Setting up the required test data to use during performance testing.
    • Creating and customizing the performance test scripts based on pre-defined test cases.
    • Hands on experience in building test scripts for a variety of technologies such as Web, Angular, Services, SPA, GUI, SAP, SQL, Db2, Cassandra, Couch, IAM, IaaS, Oracle, Mobile, Cloud based applications.
