Job Description

About the Position We have grown 3x each of the past two years. We have also recently closed a largeround of funding and are looking to step up our expansion plans. To support all this, we are looking forsomeone to come in and help us manage our HR Operations including Payroll systems, StatutoryCompliances & HRIS. The position will be responsible for managing the entire spectrum of 91Springboard s HR Operations function including Payroll, statutory compliances, Benefits Administration, Exit Management, Statutory Audits, MIS , HR data management. The candidate needs to be extremelyhands on, highly organized and detail oriented.What You ll Do As an individual contributor, the successful applicant will be managing the below:Manage overall administration of 91 Springboard s HR Operations including Candidate Onboarding, Payroll processes, statutory compliances, HRIS, Exit Management, MIS & Audits.Proactively help build processes and operating procedures/ guidelines to mitigate compliance and governance risks.Create documented policies and procedures to implement a forward looking, scalable, user friendly and risk free HR Operations infrastructure.Adopt a system based approach with minimal manual interventions for a error hassle free user experience.Respond to issues and requests from HR and stakeholder partners, employees and managers.Ensure adherence and Compliance with statutory provisions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity etc.Liase with Compliance vendor on resolving issues related to Labor Office, hearings, responding to notices.Verification of documents like PF Challans, ESI Challans, Prof. Tax Challans, Income Tax Deductions etc. and ensuring timely filing for all locations.Act as a second level checker authority for all HR Operations Maker Checker enabled activities.Resolve Compliance issues, create tools and gather metrics data to identify compliance risks andremediation plans.Facilitate audits and due diligence activities related to all policies, processes and statutorycompliances.Support in implementing remediation plans and working with stakeholders to closeidentified risks and issues.Support initiatives to build firm wide manager capability to effectively drive People Operationsprocesses of 91springboard.Ensure the HR databases are up to date and the Employee & Company master data is handled asper the established record management guidelines.Maintaining employees personal records including all official communication like confirmation, appraisal, transfer, increment, promotion etc. in their respective personal file. Conduct HRMS data & process audits at a regular frequency for identifying governance risks.Work with the concerned stakeholders like Finance, IT, Insurance, HR vendors etc. to ensureseamless transfer of information.Create and publish dashboards around the various service requests raised, generate compensation, benefit and employee data reports as needed.Create a Client Service Framework with defined TATs and escalation matrix for resolving queriesfrom employees or stakeholders.What You ll Need: As a successful applicant, you will have:Knowledge and experience in the field of HR Operations, employee life cycle management, Payrolladministration & Labor law complianceExperience in managing complex projects with proven project management skills.Detail oriented and extremely hands with a flair of implementing process flows and ensuringadherence to policy guidelines.You Are Someone Who Has: Master s degree in Human Resources6 8 years of experience in a similar role in HR Operations/ Payroll administration/ ComplianceProficient in MS Office especially in MS ExcelWhat You Get An opportunity for you to join a dynamic organization in one of the hottest sectors right now.
