  1. To operationalize all the Jio points Stores as per the design principles.
  2. To directly drive the customer acquisition & revenue business targets through JC-JPL & JPM.
  3. To monitor & manage Jio Point productivity.
  4. Ensure top class customer experience at Jio Points.
  5. To maintain hygiene & governance at Jio Points (Regular Stock Audit/ Cash Management etc.)
Education Requirement:MBAExperience Requirement:10 - 12 yearsSkills & Competencies:
  1. Strong Retail Operation experience (Industry - Telecom/Retail only).
  2. Must have managed minimum 15 medium sized stores.
  3. Must have complete experience of launching a store/s.
  4. Local Understanding: Important to have understanding and knowledge of the entire State.
  5. Language: Must be fluent in Local Language.
  6. To be recruited from the list of recommended Companies only as attached.
