Delivery is what we do best and we ensure it is always fast and simple.We are seeking for a Logistics Manager to lead our oversupply agenda for Delivery and Ride services, ensuring full coverage across Metro Manila and adjacent cities. This role will be managing our Hubs & Offline Acquisition teams and responsible for operational efficiency, team management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.What Youll Do:

What We Seek:
  • Successfully led an oversupply initiative for a ride-hailing or logistics company, ensuring a steady increase in active drivers through online and offline acquisition strategies.
  • Managed multiple Hubs, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions such as driver onboarding, training, and issue resolution.
  • Spearheaded offline acquisition efforts, recruiting a significant number of large truck drivers or ride-hailing drivers through strategic partnerships and grassroots initiatives.
  • Developed and implemented performance metrics, coaching strategies, and team incentives to drive productivity and engagement.
  • Implemented data-driven approaches to grow and expand supply base.
  • Launched offline initiatives that increased driver sign-ups and strengthened the companys local brand presence.
What Youll Need:
  • At least 5 years of operational & leadership experience.
  • Degree holder; preferable background in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset - ability to assess supply-demand trends and make strategic decisions.
  • Hands-On & Execution-Focused - Willing to get involved at the ground level to drive results.
  • Process-Oriented & Highly Organized - can develop and refine operational workflows for efficiency.
  • Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management - can work effectively with drivers, team members, and senior leadership.
  • Willingness to work onsite in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX).
  • Willingness to travel and frequently visit our Driver Operations Hubs located within Metro Manila & South Luzon.
  • Holder of a Drivers License is preferred but not required.
